Corrugated Plate Packing
Corrugated plate packing is a normally-used structured packing, which is orderly piled up in the tower. It is made up of the corrugated plates with a certain angle, the plates have several holes. It has the advantages of bigger surface area, low pressure drop, good liquid distribution and high efficiency of mass & heat transfer. Corrugated plate packing is available in a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, plastic, ceramic and etc. It is always used in mass & heat transfer operation, with negative pressure, ordinary pressure or high pressure operating condition. According to the different internal dimensions of reaction towers, Sainthing can design and produce the accordingly corrugated plate packing that meet the customer’s needs. Each parts of the packing are numbered and packed separately. Customers can pile up the packing in the tower easily according to the drawing and serial number.
